Refund policy

At IFPACK, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient return process for all our customers. Please read our Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

• Return Period: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain products may be exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods or custom-made items.
• How to Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ifpdistributors@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to return the items.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed (less original shipping costs) and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
• Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at ifpdistributors@gmail.com. We will process the exchange once we receive the original item in its original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
